Ai-minimalism Policy

We believe in humans and our creative ability. We opt for specialists who hone their own craft. All that said, Ai can be a tool. We will never ask Ai to generate requirements, build from requirements or have Ai replace any human. Our creative license is our agency. Where Ai can be a tool? Ai can do the small, repetitive tasks with a deterministic nature. An example of this, when working in WordPress, say your site needs ORDO to build out a people directory. This would always require creating a post type “people”. The code that registers the post type in WordPress is unchanging and repetitive code that if you asked 50 humans to make the post type, they would all give you exactly the same thing. It’s just faster to have Ai do this than to have one of us fill out a copy and pasted snippet of code. We humans are still responsible for the design, integration, and implementation of that generated post type.
